Every promo code is subjected to its respective Terms & Conditions. Not all promo codes have the same Terms & Conditions. Here are some of the reasons why the promo code you keyed in did not work as you expected:


  1. The promo code is only valid for new/first time users.
  2. The promo code is only valid for certain items/collections from the merchant.
  3. The purchase you made did not meet the minimum spend requirements.
  4. The purchase you made was not at a participating store or merchant.
  5. The promo code has expired or is no longer valid.


REVO also reserves the right to withhold, deduct or remove the cash back you received through a promo code if we have determined and believe that the use of said promo code was in error, fraudulent, illegal or violating the promo code Terms & Conditions.


REVO also reserves the right to change, suspend, cancel or waive the promo code at any time at our sole and absolute discretion without notice to you and liability to us.
