You can reset your account password via the forgot password link on the sign-in menu or go to:
- Step 1: User Profile menu
- Step 2: Account
- Step 3: Reset Password
You will be signed out from REVO if you want to proceed with your password reset.
Once you click Yes to reset password, an OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your registered mobile number for you to key into the required field followed by the security question (last 4 numbers of the credit/prepaid card you linked to REVO).
If you linked multiple Mastercard or Visa credit/prepaid cards, just key in the last 4 numbers of any credit/prepaid card you linked to REVO to proceed
